I can't find the logic there. Could it be that the locals have a better understanding of what is happening at their level than the federal government? I still can't beleive there are people out there who beleive that one idea from the federal government will work from New York to Washington. Its a scary thought that people like that have the ability to gain power. I pray every night that our leaders will see the wisdom the founders past down to us, and start ruling the way they were ment to rule.
